Are you still doing this when Monroe County tells you to evacuate the Florida Keys and Key West?

Did you know that taping a window does absolutely nothing but waste valuable time?

hurricane shutters

Above is a slide show and it shows me closing the different types of hurricane protection that I sell for the Florida Keys. These products are very easy to use and takes no time at all to "batten down the hatches". The roll-up shutters are also useful as an afternoon sun shade to conserve energy. The styles are:

  • Red Bahama style window shutter
  • White Colonial Style door shutter
  • White Accordion Style door shutter
  • Pushing a button on a roll-up shutter for a sliding glass door set

With Hurricane Shutters of Key West we guarantee your hurricane shutter closures will be quick and easy.

I have been selling hurricane shutters in Key West since 1998 and I know my products inside and out!

Take advantage of my years of experience from living in Key West since 1974 and being put through all those hurricane drills myself.

I am sure after you purchase your shutter needs from Hurricane Shutters of Key West, you will be one of my many satisfied customers.

Let me explain what hurricane force winds will do to your house:

If you do not have hurricane shutters over glass, flying debris from these winds will destroy the glass in a window or door. This damage will allow hurricane winds into your building and within seconds a build up of internal pressure blows the roof off and the windows out.

By letting hurricane winds into a structure the building blows apart.
